Charter celebration: a new chapter together
Charter President Shally and the team celebrated with fellow Rotarians and guests, following months of preparation. Formal admission had already taken place on October 4.

Yunling is admitted to Rotary International
Yunling received approval to join Rotary International. This formal founding milestone preceded the charter celebration held on December 21.

Before formal admission, the group explored how Rotary might connect with their lives and hopes through the theme「扶輪關我什麼事？」.
Third preparatory meeting: reaching the membership threshold
At 三好國際酒店, the organizing group confirmed it had enough members to meet Rotary International’s new-club requirement and prepared the application.
