The man who brought singing to Rotary was Harry Ruggles, a publisher and the fifth Rotarian in history.
At that time, he cleverly interrupted the lengthy speech with a song, which instantly changed the atmosphere of the scene and started "singing" to become an indispensable part of Rotary regular meetings. Since then, singing is not only a melody, but also a beautiful power that soothes seriousness, brings people closer together, and condenses emotions, becoming a common cultural feature of Rotary clubs around the world.
Rotary Club of Yunlin Yunling, in its second year of establishment, also used singing to socialize, allowing members to get to know each other and warm up their emotions in the relaxed melody. The results were beyond imagination.
