Real use case · Internal club use

The form was ready before the meeting ended.

During a meeting about the child development support programme, a partner asked for the paper observation material to become an easier-to-use Google Form.

Your request

「Xiao Yunling, make this observation booklet clearer and easier to fill in, turn it into a Google Form, and send the link to the group.」

Seven pages became six, retaining 42 fields and 20 observation ratings. The original response link remained available on mobile.

The work clarified wording and the filling-in process. Professional questions, scoring and intended use remain subject to professional review.

At club meeting 55, a conversation about buying a home opened into choices in life. This story-led version explains the speakers’ insights and the exchange between members, with room to acknowledge partners and service outcomes after review.

Publishing plan: verify speaker names, photo permissions and partner tags, then choose presentation and timing using the available material and performance data.
