Rotary Club of Yunlin Yunling 2025-26 The first executive meeting
The executive meeting is an important platform for community members to exchange opinions and share social affairs information. It is also a good time to review the progress and adjust the direction of various service plans.
Yunling Club plans four administrative meetings this year, which will be held at:
1️⃣ Before the director’s public visit (9/11)
2️⃣ Members’ Meeting (12/25)
3️⃣ Before the regional annual meeting (3 month)
4️⃣ After the regional training meeting (5 month)
Key topics of this first executive meeting:

🔹 Does the regular meeting time need to be adjusted?
🔹 How can the content of regular meetings be more attractive?
🔹 Survey on future president’s willingness to take over
During the meeting, members of the community had a heated discussion, and everyone put forward valuable suggestions and ideas to maximize the effectiveness of this administrative meeting.
