Third preparatory meeting: reaching the membership threshold

The third preparatory meeting took place at 三好國際酒店. The formal record states that the organizing group had reached Rotary International’s membership requirement for a new club and was preparing to proceed with the application.

This was an important step in preparation, not the date of Rotary International’s approval. Speeches and conversations in the photographs show the shared work before the club’s formal founding.
