Thank you to all the members of the Guidance Club Douliu Club and Yunling Club who participated in the "New Club Friends Seminar", opening a new page for our Yunling Club! This seminar, which was personally promoted by Bento, the consultant of the New Society and has been prepared for a long time, invited heavyweight lecturers to open the door to the world of Rotary for the New Society members.
The first class was given by PDG Supla, 2024-25 regional learning leader, and gave an in-depth introduction:
1. The history and current situation of Rotary in Taiwan
2.3470 The history and growth of the region
3. Taiwan Rotary’s rich resources
The former director of Supla patiently guided everyone on how to use the "Rotary Learning Center" to help new community members build their independent learning abilities. He quietly laid a solid foundation for the region and allowed the 3470 region to lead other regions.
The second class is the RI official version of "Basic Knowledge for New Members", which strengthens everyone's understanding of Rotary and makes everyone more aware of their responsibilities and honors as Rotarians.
The third class was given by CP Julia, deputy chairperson of the 2024-25 regional training meeting: "Let love turn the world - the magic of the Rotary Fund bit by bit", sharing the operation and influence of the Rotary Fund in a way that is closest to people's hearts, leading community members to understand the meaning of donation, and feel the warmth and power behind every donation.
After three classes, the new members not only learned a lot, but also gained a deeper understanding of Taiwan Rotary’s important role in Rotary International, laying a solid foundation for the future in Rotary International!
Thank you to all the community members who organized and participated in using actions to turn love around the world
