[The joint regular meeting of the five societies in Yunlin area was a complete success]
Under the call of PDG Jack from 3470 area, the new club established in Yunlin area in the past three years held a joint regular meeting full of cohesion and inspiration. It was an honor to invite PDG Jack as the keynote speaker and delivered a wonderful speech "Building a Stronger Rotary Club".
PDG Jack takes "Joy to work together and achieve together" as its core spirit, starting from leadership and communication, emphasizing that Rotary is not only a platform for service, but also a school for learning and growing wisdom:
● We gather together because of "friendship"
● "Integrity" is our basic requirement
● Respecting "diversity" is our strength to move forward
● Let’s connect resources and invest in “service”
● Learn "leadership" and grow from it
He also quoted Paul Harris's favorite words: "Tolerance" and "Tolerance", encouraging us to embrace every member of the community with an open mind.
In "Rotary's Leadership Philosophy", PDG Jack pointed out: Real leadership is not something you are born with, but is the result of training and learning. A visionary leader should have:
1. Sharp social sensitivity
2. The power to realize dreams
3. Passion to inspire others
4. The ability to make your team happier and more satisfied
This joint regular meeting not only strengthened the connection and cooperation between the new societies, but also injected full action power into everyone. We will continue to move forward together and work hard to build a stronger and more influential Rotary Club!
